EMPOWERING YOU TO GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY
Our practice is less about accomplishing a pose. its more about transforming. when you shift your mind from being fixed or “tamed’ on a result, to being open “untamed” to possibilities your awareness expands and receive a rush of energy. Opportunities that you didn’t notice before start to open. On our mat and within the pose there are endless possibilities which create new ways of relating.
UNTAME YOURSELF
We encourage a communal breath, clearing our minds, so we can move with clarity and ease and an openness that discovery new areas within the body.
CONFRONT
Let go of mental resistance, create physical resistance. Through body awareness use your joints and bones as guides to align your body creating a solid and smooth structure to move from.
RETURN TO NATURAL STATE
THIS MATTERS TO US
As REWILD celebrates it’s 5th anniversary, we wanted to capture the story of how it all started and the impact this studio has had on our local community.
OUR PRACTICE IS ATHLETIC & CREATIVE
Everyone’s an athlete. And everyone’s an artist. Our practice will bring out your inner athlete and your inner artist – offering you tools for functional and effective movements like an athlete and tools for mental space – so you can create like an artist.
Our heated power yoga is simple, not easy. Accessible to everybody. We build heat, so we can remember to be cool. The practice is athletic and spiritual.
OUR STUDIO
The REWILD studio merges natural elements with contemporary design, featuring reclaimed barn wood beams, and lush green vines against lime-washed walls.
