Our practice is less about accomplishing a pose. its more about transforming. when you shift your mind from being fixed or "tamed' on a result, to being open "untamed" to possibilities your awareness expands and receive a rush of energy. Opportunities that you didn't notice before start to open. On our mat, within the pose there are endless possibilities. Caution, this transformation of mind might start to spill over to your everyday life, changing you from the inside out.

Come with an open mind and a readiness for anything. Bring a yoga mat and a sweat towel to cover it. If you don’t have a mat or towel, we offer rentals for $3 and $2. And don’t forget a water bottle — also available for purchase if needed.
Please arrive 5-15 minutes before class to check in and get a brief tour of the studio. You’ll receive important instructions on how to set up for class, ensuring you feel comfortable and ready when we begin.
Remember, yoga is a practice focused on progress, not perfection. It’s normal if the teacher’s cues take time to resonate. With honest effort, you’ll be amazed at how much you grow and understand your body over time.
Our power yoga style may differ from what you’re used to. Expect family-like instruction and take feedback as support and challenge. If you’re not challenged, you might become bored. This practice offers endless understanding and transforms your approach to life.
