I’ve been teaching power yoga at rewild since the end of 2024, and completed my 200hr teacher training with Rewild in the fall of 2023. I’ve loved the journey of becoming a teacher and love teaching even more! Although there’s countless rewards to being a teacher, my primary goal is to create a safe place for the community to feel and sit with those sensations, whether they be physical or emotional.
