REWILD YOGA is a Baptiste-inspired yoga studio that was started in 2020 with a simple mission: to get out of our own way. Five years later, we are grateful for our community of students who join (and stay) to ride their edge, have fun, and live with purpose.
UNTAME YOURSELF. This means to get out of your way, think different, think outside the box, take initiative and make something happen.
CONFRONT. Don’t avoid what you need to do or what needs to be said or happen. Avoidance leads to future chaos. Chaos is inevitable. Confront everything upfront and you will have a sense of order in everything you do. While others are always in chaos we have order, so we become strong and adaptable for others.
RETURN TO YOUR NATURAL STATE. Do the right thing. Use common sense. Don’t overthink or over-complicate. In action you learn. Have purpose and take action and your natural state unfolds naturally.

WHOS THIS ROLE FOR? This role is for someone who is hungry and excited to inspire others to join REWILD YOGA and the field of health and wellness. You will engage with people, sharing your passion of our style of power yoga getting them committed to sign a membership and join our powerful community. You are enthusiastic and determined to speak with everyone and anyone. This is a sales role in an industry you love or want to be a part of. Sales, marketing, admin and some fun out of the box responsibilities. So you must be adaptable and growth mindset! IF you have never been to our studio and are interested in this program, your first step is to sign up for our first timers pack. The reason for this is, it’s important you love our vision, philosophy and community. When there is alignment, there is possibility! First we must have alignment.
ABOUT ROLE | We are hiring for our team of “Rewilders” – front desk staff at the heart of our community who welcome students in and provide an excellent studio experience. Rewilders also help our community grow by engaging in marketing and sales tasks to generate new business. During class time transitions, REWILDERS attend to the front desk, maintain the studio’s cleanliness, and ensure smooth operations. Outside of class time transitions, REWILDERS work on administrative and marketing/sales tasks to support the studio. This role is in-person at our studio in Grandview. REWILDERS are paid a base hourly salary.

The role of keeping our place clean and fresh while greeting members, helping teachers get organized before class. Here you will have access to the best teachers/leaders in the community. Have you taken our BE BAD 200 hour yoga teacher training? Learn more about our BE BAD training to become certified here. If you have taken training click here for our process, which we call PRE-WILD. If you are new to the studio and have a teacher certificate somewhere else, and want to teach at REWILD we recommend ingratiating yourself in the community and expressing your interest to teachers, particular owner and teacher Steve K. Past experience with Baptiste Yoga studios or power yoga is a plus. We are open to possibilities of background and styles, although we are mainly a power yoga studio with a clear mission. We are more interested in the profound transformation benefits of the practice, the communal aspect, and sense of real connection more than any pose.
