If you don’t have one, we sell custom high quality REWILD mats Manduka mats. Also we rent mats for $5.
You’re gonna sweat. Bring at least a hand towel or a full length yoga towel. We sell towels upfront and rent towels for $3. First timers only can rent towels.
You can use your water bottle to fill up at our water station. We invested in a filtration system to ensure pure water with added minerals. Also we sell NOOMA hydration drinks and Liquid Death water.
Expect the unexpected. Allow for the unpredictable and enjoy the process of learning about your body and mind.
Our wood floors are disinfected after every class. The entire studio is cleaned, toilets, sinks, all floors every day. Our front desk are floors are made of concrete, and studio area of wood. Our floors are heated, for a perfect touch.
Our lime washed walls were coated in lime wash minerals giving it an ancient look, but also this type of mineral is fire retardant, antiseptic, antifungal, odorless, and non-allergic paint.
We’ve invested in a robust air ventilation system called Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV). This robust unit pulls stale air out of our heated yoga room and pushes fresh air from the outside into our heated yoga room. This keeps our studio air fresh.
Our style of teaching is interactive. We will see you, say your name and guide you with direction for support and space for you to work your body. This might feel unique for those that are familiar with a more scripted yoga style. We don’t like the script. We teach to the moment, the group, the individual. This makes your experience dynamic, not static.
We may offer hands on adjustment as a means to support you you in posture and show you what is possibile. We respect those that do not want a hands on adjustment due to injury or any reason whatsoever. Please let your teacher know.
Although we will hold poses for periods of time, we will keep the flow moving. Perfection isn’t the goal, progress is. Know you can take a child’s pose at any time. No shame in child’s pose. We will be flowing when you’re ready to meet us again.
When you come with a clutter mind or expectations of comparison from what you heard about yoga or your past yoga experience, you will leave without the deep rinsing benefits of mind and body. Come with an open and empty mind and save judgements for after class. You will be amazed how amazing you are and we are, when you do this.
Late and no show policy. If you cancel within six hours of class you will be charged $6 and if you no show $12. Classes often sell out so this encourages accountability for commitment and consideration for those on waitlist.
PS: drop ins are still applicable. You just run risk of dropping into a full class.:)
You can park in the View on 5th Parking Garage (the building REWILD is part of). Grab a ticket and we will validate it for you. Your ticket is valid for two hours from the time you pulled it. Also you can park across the street behind Zest Juice.
