If you wanna eliminate fear, which is how hate evolves, you must confront your own fears. You cannot understand something without facing it directly, honestly and openly.
When we become entangled with external concepts we lose access to internal realities. Letting go of external concepts is an act of faith. Our internal realities shape our behaviour which dictates our actions. But most people live to protect their external concepts. A fire inside you is created when your external concepts conflict with your internal realities. In the heat of this conflict, if you are unaware of your inner realities and solely stuck on external concepts you are burning in Hell. Your mind is fixed on a concept (external concept), and has lost touch with your behavior (internal reality). On the contrary if you become aware of this fire (inner realities) and the conflict that built it, you access pure power. This leads to your passion, which feels like Heaven. By avoiding this inner heat (psychological and psychological) you avoid a higher calling, and this darkness drags you to Hell. Dis-ease breeds in Hell. However this same Hell may allow for a resurrection. But there must be a death for a resurrection to be possible. And that death is the death of your external concepts. Those concepts are blocking you from accessing your inner realities, which are the ultimate guide to your path forward. Otherwise the devil out of Hell is leading you or you’re stuck in purgatory. Purgatory is a place between Heaven and Hell. It’s basically lame. It’s an inactive state.
By avoiding Hell you will exist in Purgatory. You will become a lame person. Hell is a place of darkness and heat. We have become overly informed, which is to say overly conceptual that we lose access to our depths. In terms of your inner realities, Hell is below your head. If you are living life actively Hell will inevitably arise within. Most people will avoid Hell, because of the initial threat it presents to our mind and body. To our external concepts and internal realities. Which is why people fail to exercise their intuition. They don’t do what they love, they do what they’re told. They think and act from the head only. They block access to the feelings of their gut and heart (inner realities). People lack intuition, because they’ve made their memory permanent meaning past experiences, traumas, beliefs etc lead them into their present and future. This keeps them existing through external concepts. They avoid anything unfamiliar, including their inner realities, which have become unfamiliar to them since they mostly exist in external concepts. When conflict arises our body is triggered changing our body temperature and disrupting our external concepts – which is our line of defense. This line of defense has prevented much movement of the inner realities. Which is we are afraid to cry, free to laugh or smile, or feel anger. Instead our laughter is a “show” meaning it’s contrived and our “whining” is fake. Even our anger becomes contrived. We know plenty of people who manufacture drama as a “show” of anger. Everything becomes contrived or mechanical or fake. They’ve blocked all sensations. They have lost access to the depths of their body, specifically their gut and heart. Feeling all the way down to the gut begins to feel like Hell for them, because it’s so unfamiliar. So they just avoid it all together. It’s not worth the torture, the heat, the humility. All emotions are stuck. The life inside them is dead. Hell has frozen under them. External concepts block their internal realities. Drugs, medications, and alcohol are used as artificial stimulants to move these stuck emotions that their external concepts have guarded. This reminds me of the cliche: To get to heaven you must go through hell.
But to simply face Hell is not enough. There’s plenty of people that walk around in life and get all their energy from anger and hate. These people are a living Hell. Hell has frozen over them. The historical evil figure, Adolf Hitler comes to mind. But perhaps mild harmless forms of this that we see from people in daily life. Maybe many times that is us. Us is them. We are not separate from or divided from others. Which is a mistake we too often make. We can see this in others, but what is vital is we see this in ourselves. Because seeing it in others is giving more strength to external concepts. Witnessing in ourselves is bringing awareness to our inner realities. An attention shift from external concepts to inner and outer realities is a transformation. The ability to transform is life giving energy. You are moving your attention from external concepts which are part of a past, therefore dead, into the present moment which is reality, which is life. So you don’t transform just one time but all the time!!
As I mentioned in the beginning paragraph, to understand something you must face it honestly, directly and OPENLY to understand it. When you understand Hell’s cause you now have the ability to transform Hell. Raising your level of awareness from the depths of Hell to the heights of Heaven will make you lighter, happier and will transform the external concept of living Heaven on Earth into an inner reality.
